Family

Mars (mother): He's never quite certain what to think of his mother. When he was a child, he loved her dearly, but was afraid of her moods. Now armed with a bit more knowledge about her past, he and his brother dote on her and try to give her as much grace as possible. She's good at her job, which is a relief, but home life is a bit like walking on eggshells, afraid to find out what sets her off.

Jupiter (aunt): Aunt Jupiter is the steady, dependable rock of the family, having helped raise him and his brother. She has a sharp tongue and a bite, but she wouldn't be Aunt Jupi without it. She's very sharp, and she's the person Deimos is the most nervous about finding his less than savory pasttime.

Phobos (twin brother):

Saturn (father): Has no sense of good feeling towards his father. As far as he's concerned, the man was off chasing some delusional ghost of a person that was clearly gone, and didn't stick around to find out what happened with his mother or his children. He's cold and dismissive towards him, and occasionally keeps tabs on him via some more nefarious methods. He's not afraid of butting into his business if he puts a toe out of place. Thing is, his father's not exactly shabby at computers either, so this is easier said than done.

Friends

Eula: Eula is a childhood friend and one of few friends Deimos has seen in real life. She's almost as good as him with computers, but his primary complaint would be how much she keeps insisting he needs some fresh air. Still, she's solid, dependable, and always there, usually with some method of cheering him up when he's down.

Kepler: He comes across Kepler as one of his father's coders, and is offended that she won't take his advice that Saturn's a terrible person. After learning some more about her and her situation, he's suspicious that she's being kept against her will in his father's basement. So he drags Eula with him as backup across the region to meet her in person, even if it means running into his father. In the end, he wrestles an agreement from his father to treat his techie nicely. He keeps in touch with Kepler, offers her a place to stay should she need it, and becomes a mentor of sorts to her.

Pokémon

Deimos is the smaller of Mars' two moons, coming from the Greek personification of Dread of the same name.
