Born almost ten years after his sisters, Tiberius is the surprise baby of the family. He's somehow always smiling, even when he's upset. He does his best to put on a cheerful expression to put others at ease, and to soften what seems to be the invisible barrier between him and everyone else.
Gifted - or cursed - with the power of prescience, the Seer Moira has taken him under her wing. His powers are unpredictable, often tiring, and give him a presence that unnerves his agemates, furthering his isolation. A solemn but earnest boy, he is deeply lonely.

Tiberius sees the future. While his powers are currently erratic and unpredictable, they are expected to settle into a more powerful and controllable state as he grows up. He has mixed feelings about his powers; while he wouldn't know who he would be without them, he does resent them because he sees them as the reason why he is set apart from his peers.

Future Sight: Tiberius' prescience can strike him at odd times when awake, sending him into a catatonic state until his vision is over. It can also be triggered by touching certain objects, or individuals - those visions often show the future of the object or person he is in contact with.
Precognitive Dreaming: Sometimes, the future will play out in Tiberius' dreams. These are often fragmented and hard to recall; he keeps a dream journal by his bed for analysis later.

Sophia (older sister): Tiberius looks up to her very much, but she's often very busy pursuing her goals, and he doesn't want to disturb her. He's also not sure that the advice she keeps giving him about social situations and making friends is accurate, and having his problems pointed out just makes him uncomfortable.
Tanith (older sister): He actually has not seen very much of Tanith in person - for most of his life, she's been off on her Pokémon journey, travelling the world. He looks up to her too, because she always has super cool stories to tell and little souvenirs to give him. He'd like to spend more time with her, to get to know her better, but he doesn't want to occupy too much of her time.

Moira (mentor): Moira is training him to take her place as the Seer of House Prometheus. Currently, his training is beginning to ramp up, but since she was around for so much of his childhood, he sees her as a kindly grandmother figure that gives him tips on controlling his powers, and sneaks him cookies and candy when no one's looking. He's rather conflicted about the concept over himself taking over her role, and feels terribly guilty about the fact, since it means her dying day is near.
